64 MB ECC SO-DIMM for 3200S or 3400S RAID Controllers. Provides ECC-protected SDRAM disk cache, which allows for automatic correction of errors in the data. This module operates at 100Mhz, and has 144 pins. Not intended for the 3210S or 3410S controllers.
