The Adaptec Serial ATA RAID 21610SA Controller is a flexible 16-port native Serial ATA I/O processor-based RAID controller that combines the high-performance storage connectivity of Serial ATA with Adaptec's advanced RAID features, including Optimized Disk Utilization, Online Capacity Expansion, RAID Level Migration and Adaptec Storage Manager.

Supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 10, 50, and JBOD, plus disk hot plug and Adaptec advanced RAID features, the Adaptec 21610SA is an ideal cost-effective solution for applications where high levels of sustained read and write performance are required, including video streaming, web content, reference data and fixed content storage.
