1. Install EZ-SCSI(aspixdos.sys, aspicd.sys, mscdex.exe)
2. Change to CD-ROM drive letter
3. cd\netware.312\english
4. Type "install"
5. Select "INSTALL NEW NETWARE V3.12"
6. Insert "SYSTEM_1" disk
7. Down server
8. Rename "config.sys"
9. Reboot
10. Boot "server"
11. Load AHA or AIC dsk driver
12. Load "install"
13. Mount "SYS volume"
14. Load "aspicd.dsk"
15. Load "cdrom.nlm"
16. Type "cd device list"
17. Type "cd mount 1(device number) netware_312"
18. Select "COPY SYSTEM and PUBLIC FILES"
19. Select F6(for CD-ROM)
20. Type "netware_312:\netware.312\english"
21. Completed installation

CD-ROM Mounted as a Volume

1. Load "aspicd.dsk"
2. Load "cdrom.nlm"
3. Type "cd device list"
4. Type "cd mount 1 (device number) (volume name)"

NOTE:

• If you have Novell 3.12 on diskette, you will find the drivers on the SYSTEM-2 diskette.
• Make sure you renamed config.sys to config.dos
• if you have an AHA-1510 try load aha1510 port=xxx sync=off parity=off
• latest version of aspicd.dsk will be available on www.adaptec.com
