come with 1-year onsite support, 1 year phone support warranty and 3 year parts warranty (excluding drives)

  • Year 1 coverage includes 5x9 next-day onsite support and 5x9 technical phone support. Authorized hard drive support is also included.
    Proper registration is a requirement.

  • Years 1- 3 includes parts replacement. Replacement parts are shipped with 3 - 5 day delivery when secured by customer credit card number; otherwise, expect arrival in 2 - 4 weeks. Hard drive support is not included.

3-cell Battery
The 3-Cell battery is limited to 1-year warranty when used in 6320SS, 7320SS, 6210S and 7210S.

SANbloc and ULTRAbloc
SANbloc 2Gb JBOD/RAID and ULTRAbloc have 3 year warranty on systems and a 5 year warranty on disk drives.

Standard Repair/Replacement and Advance Replacement service is available for the return of defective products. All parts within warranty are repaired/replaced free of charge. For Partners who require a faster turnaround, replacement parts can be shipped in advance of receipt of defective product.

The Technical Support Helpdesk provides information, advice, problem resolution and access to the technical and engineering support resources available. Services and Information available through this Helpdesk include:

  • Information concerning the most current releases of product available - firmware revisions, supported disk drive types, software patches/releases, RAID controller settings etc.
  • Advice on system configurations, installation guidelines, tuning for optimum performance etc.
  • Assistance in the resolution of failures of SANbloc and ULTRAbloc product. Technical Support Engineers will diagnose failures to Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) level and provide advise on the repair or replacement of FRUs.
