How to Get Started

Step 1. Purchase subsystem from Distributor

Step 2. Receive Adaptec DuraStor Service Registration instructions

Step 3. Call Adaptec Customer Support at 800.442.7274 to initiate Adaptec DuraStor Elite Services contract and to purchase DuraStor upgraded service options

Step 4. Initiate contract and receive contract number that entitles customer to onsite service and value added options.

Upon registration, customer will be entitled for service by Adaptec and onsite service delivery will initiate.
