If you are unable to locate one of the above SIMMs from your supplier, most other popular 1 MB and 4 MB SIMMs should work with the AAA-130 Series provided they meet the below SIMM specification requirements:
- For 1 MB SIMM : 256K x 36 bit 70 Ns or faster, or 256K x 33 bit 70 Ns or faster
- For 4 MB SIMM : 1M x 36 bit 70 Ns or faster, or 1M x 33 bit 70 Ns or faster
- DRAM chip type: Fast Page mode
- NO EDO allowed
- No double-sided SIMMs supported
- PARITY (36 bit) configuration or 33-bit configuration
- Max 9 DRAM chips on SIMM, must have 1K or 2K refresh rate
