DM4060 ECC EDO S-O DIMMs provides 16MB(DM4060-16) or 64MB (DM4060-64) of high-speed disk cache for PM3966U3, PM3966F or PM1564U3 (with RA4060 module) controllers. Exclusive SmartCorrect® ECC technology which detects and corrects up to 32-bit data errors.

DM4070 ECC EDO SDRAM 144-pin S-O DIMMs provides 32MB(DM4070-32) or 64MB (DM4070-64) of high-speed disk cache for PM2865U3 controllers. ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors. The PM2865U3 controller also accepts industry-standard 32MB or 64MB 144-pin SDRAM S-O DIMMs.

RAID Accelerator Module

RA4060 RAID Accelerator Module adds up to 128MB of hardware cache to the PM1564U3 controller. Includes high speed RAID data path engine, hardware XOR and ECC processor.
