The AAA-131SA, AAA-133SA and ARO-1130SA do not have cache capability. Therefore, upgrading the memory is not recommended. The DIMM specifications are below:
- 60 ns or faster
- 168-PIN
- 3.3v
- EDO (Extended data out)

- Single Bank (Single sided)
- Parity is Required
